“ If you're looking for a Subaru in California, this is where I recommend. They take good care of their cars, and their customers. I was unlucky enough to have an issue, and I'm sure at another dealer I'd have lost out. On the off chance you're unlucky enough to have an issue too, be sure to give the team a chance to understand and resolve the issue, they will do their best to help you out. If they can't seem to do it, ask for Russ. If you live in the area, and you want less fuss with maintenance I recommend inquiring about their service packages. Livermore Subaru has packages that other Subaru Dealers do not offer. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it if you lived far away, but if you're close enough to drive to the Livermore dealer there they're offering to take chores off your plate and help take care of your vehicle. Russ understands people come first, and knows how to take care of his customers. Right now is Sunday so I won't see the results of his help until later this week. “ I called today with an emergent problem with my daughter’s Forester. Since I am from out of town timing was everything. When I called I just needed to know if the sound the car was making was serious. They fit me in the same day! It turned out it was a problem that could have left my daughter sitting on the side of the road, or worse, cause an accident. They fit us in and did the work the same day. The work they did took care of the problem. Now the car is running quietly. And I am relieved knowing my daughter’s car is safe, as she does a lot of driving. Zeke was very knowledgeable and explained everything to be done in detail. He was very patient when I called back and asked additional questions. I really appreciated the courteous and professional treatment. ”
